amazing song off the new united album. the bridge really spoke to me(as seen in the highlighted portions). just the notion that this Mighty God came to save and change our lives is so powerful. yet it doesn't seem to be enough to change our lives completely. the song speaks about pleading with God to really break through into our lives, and change it, that we might be effective disciples of Him and for His glory.

ok so this is another of those lazy saturday mornings where i am in the mood to do absolutely nothing. really. activity is the furthest from my mind now. oh wells.
went for dinner with a great buncha ppl last night.
pris su, jurane, chiang, emmanuel, mat and matin(:
whee(: has a blast at swensens(and thoroughly burned a hole in my pocket once again. pris oh pris why can't you keep the compulsive splurging at hand??) then spent most of the bus ride back comparing the annoying-ness of alarm clocks and morning rituals with chiang. it was a rather non-intelligent conversation, which God knows i needed. haha! it was fun though.
all in all, it was a good end to a rather crappy week. thanks gals and guys. we should totally do this again(:
just read a friend's blog. was comforting to see that i was not the only one going through this *ahem* thing that i am going through. i haven't actually told anyone(execpt my Creator God), been trying to rationalise things in my head, hoping that my fairly logical mind would be able to reason things out. its just really been a struggle. seeing that i was not the only one struggling though was a real blessing. thank you friend, though you may never know how you have encouraged me(:
ok then. i am off. singing at WEB today! (thank you Lord for the opprtunity to serve You. i am humbled and grateful. may you be in every aspect of worship today.) SOO not looking forward to the journey there. gahh :(
